Hello and happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend. I love starting my week off with a clean, healthy start. I wanted to share with you one of my super-easy smoothie recipes to give you a refreshing start to your day!
Its five simple ingredients and tastes delicious. It will give you energy and is packed with nutrients. I like to call my green smoothies, beauty food. Every ingredient is just as good on your insides as it on the outside. Here’s to looking and feeling like a million bucks!
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or water
1/2 organic carrot
1 1/2 handfuls of frozen spinach/kale
1/3 cup strawberries (or raspberry)
1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein powder
Add ice according to your favorite texture
Blend and enjoy.
