How amazing is it that you can eat pancakes and actually be one step closer to a bikini body?! I’m in heaven over it. (Now, I’m just waiting for Protein French Fries to make their glorious debut.) In the mean time, I’ve been perfecting my Protein Pancake recipe. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. It’s quick, easy and delicious! Bon Appétit.
What you’ll need:
1/3 cup Gluten Free Oats
2 Whole Eggs
1 Egg White
1 Scoop Quest Vanilla Protein Powder
1-2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Optional: 1 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt or Cottage Cheese
Blend all ingredients together. Spray a nonstick pan with coconut, PAM, or low-calorie spray. On medium heat, pour your batter. Flip once bubbles start to appear on the pancake’s surface, flip again, and then boom: ready!
This recipe easily doubles or can be cut in half for a single serving. Easy Peasy.
