Sometimes I wished I wasn’t so in love with Peanut Butter. Mainly because it’s hard to keep to the suggested serving size, which is 1- 2 tablespoons. I always want more, ya know? If I’m trying to watch my calories, I have 1 tablespoon. Which is nearly impossible.
Peanut butter and apple is one of my favorite go-to snacks. I love it because it’s not only healthy and delicious, it also fills me up and gives me energy. I recommend using natural Peanut Butter. My favorites are 365 Organic Crunchy, Pic’s Really Good Peanut Butter or freshly ground peanut butter that I grind at Whole Foods.
I always reach for the Fuji’s!
